Congratulations! You sold an item on eBay. If you're like millions of people who use eBay to sell unwanted items or just a general seller on eBay, you have a few different options to print your shipping labels.

You can use your standard printer, which prints 8x11 on plain white paper or a Thermal Printer that prints 4x6 prints, eBay has three available options you can choose from.

This guide will help you navigate changing the size of the labels you want to print.

Recently I went out and bought a Thermal printer to print 4x6 labels. I got tired of using a full sheet of paper to fold it, cut it and slap it on a box to mail out. However, my default eBay label settings were set to my standard printer which was 8x11.

In order to change those settings, I logged into eBay and navigated to the My eBay dropdown menu and selected Selling. That redirects you to the My eBay Selling Overview page (pictured below).

From there, on the left side menu, select the shipping labels link. In the My eBay Shipping labels page, you'll have a list of all the items you've sold.

Select the Actions button and from the drop down, press on Print Another Label. After selecting Print Another Label from the menu your page will load into your Ship your order page and will list all the shipping information for you.

It's important to select the "Show additional shipping options" on the top of the page to access the additional information needed to change the size you want to print your label. When you do select that option, you'll be presented with the following screen.

On the right-hand side in the "Order details" section you'll see "Print format" located on the bottom (In my image, I have it set to 4x6 for my thermal printer). Press Change and you'll be presented with a few different options.

Select the options that work for you and then press save. From there, you can now print your label with the desired size without paying for an additional label.
