IT-Tech is a veteran-owned IT support business based in Old Bethpage, NY. We help people and small businesses on Long Island, and across the US by mail, with honest, clear and affordable IT support.

Who We Are

IT-Tech was founded by Steven, a veteran and CompTIA A+ certified technician with 20 years of experience in IT. He's worked help desk and desktop support for businesses of all sizes, fixing everything from laptops that won't boot to email that won't sync to companies moving their devices to Microsoft Intune.

• Mail-in laptop repair, available anywhere in the US. Every repair starts with a $49 diagnostic that's applied to the repair, nothing is fixed without your OK, and every repair has a 90-day warranty.

• Remote support for Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, backups and everyday computer problems.

• Microsoft Intune setup for small businesses that want their devices secure and easy to manage.

• Hardware installation across Long Island.

 

How We Work

We explain what's wrong in plain English, tell you what it'll cost before we start, and don't sell you anything you don't need. You can track your repair online, and we'll keep you updated at every step.
